Data deletion request

AIOS for SMB (operated by Contrada Analytics Pty Ltd) respects your right to have your personal information deleted. This page explains what we hold and how to ask us to remove it.
What information we may hold
If you have contacted us through this website or via our Facebook or Instagram pages, we may hold:
- Your name, email address, and any business name, phone number, or message you provided through our contact form or by email.
- Records of interactions you’ve had with us on Facebook or Instagram (for example, messages or comments).
We do not store your Facebook or Instagram login details, and we never have access to your password.
How to request deletion
To have us delete the personal information we hold about you, email jason_weir@aios4smb.com with the subject line “Data deletion request” and include:
- The name and email address (or phone number) you used to contact us.
- If your request relates to Facebook or Instagram, the handle or profile name you used so we can locate the interaction.
What happens next
- We’ll confirm we’ve received your request, and may ask one or two questions to verify your identity.
- We’ll delete or de-identify the personal information we hold about you within 30 days, except anything we are legally required to retain.
- We’ll let you know once it’s done.
Data held by Facebook and Instagram
Information held by Meta about your use of Facebook or Instagram itself is controlled by Meta, not us. To remove or manage that data, use Facebook’s and Instagram’s own settings, or see Meta’s data deletion options.
