Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AIOS for SMB (“we”, “us”, “our”) — a service operated by Contrada Analytics Pty Ltd — collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit aios4smb.com or get in touch with us. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
1. Information we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and run the site:
- Information you give us — when you submit our contact form, we collect your name and email address, and optionally your business name, phone number, and the message you send. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include.
- Information collected automatically — basic technical and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring site, gathered through analytics and standard server logs.
We do not ask for, or intend to collect, sensitive information (such as health, financial, or government identifiers) through this website.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call.
- To provide, and follow up about, our services.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it (aggregate analytics).
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
3. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic in aggregate. It may set cookies and process usage data on our behalf. We may also use a bot-protection service on our contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile) to keep out automated spam. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then work less smoothly.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that help us operate, and only as far as needed:
- Hosting & email — our website host and email provider (Hostinger), used to run the site and deliver your enquiry to our inbox.
- Analytics — Google (Google Analytics).
- Bot protection — Cloudflare, if Turnstile is enabled on the form.
- Social platforms — if you interact with us via our Facebook or Instagram pages, your interaction is also subject to Meta’s own privacy policy.
Some of these providers may store or process data overseas. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the APPs.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact information only as long as needed to deal with your request and meet our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
6. How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it’s wrong, or delete it. To make a request, or if you have a privacy concern, email us at jason_weir@aios4smb.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
8. Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted here with the “last updated” date above.
10. Contact us
